Requirement for a valid procedure (Electricals not listed below)

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Complete the online return form by logging in to My Orders , then, open the last order by clicking on “Order details”. If your product is eligible for a return, you will see a button “Return Product”. Click on it to start the return process.

PERIOD TO RETURN AN ITEM
NOTE: You have 2 days to notify us of your return via online or by calling Customer Service, from the day you received your purchase.
NOTE: You have 5 days to return your product after the 2 days notification. After this period, we do not accept returns.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
We ONLY refund via a refunds voucher.
We will perform a quality check on the returned item (Electricals NOT listed above), if we determine malfunction/damage, we will process a refund voucher.
A refunds voucher will be issued within 10 working days after performing a quality check.
A confirmation of this will be send out in the customers preferred method of communication
A refunds voucher should be used within 30 days; the expiry date will be indicated on the voucher.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Item should be returned to our main warehouse at the address shown on the website together with a completed returns form. You will not be charged for any returns.
If your return is invalid then we will contact you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
“Note that we will make one attempt to return the product to you at no cost. we will cancel the return process and store the product at our warehouse for up to seven (7) days awaiting your collection. If you do not collect the product within these seven (7) days it will be deemed as forfeited and disposed off.
Our products are sourced from UK and other parts of Europe, we do not offer warranty. However, if anything goes wrong within 7 days after receiving the item and not at the customer’s fault, your product can be repaired or replaced.
Contact our customer service for a claim form within 7 days from receipt of item. Unfortunately, after this period you will have to make arrangements and repair the item at your expense.
For a prompt claim kindly include all the accessories and information included in packaging.
